Prices stabilized, panic on the stock exchange led to influx of money to real estate.
Record increase of number of transactions with dwelling last year, marked by Росреестром, is natural, explainable and isn’t very surprising. This opinion was expressed by Chief Editor of IRN.RU Sergey Gharkov last Saturday, 14th January, in a TV-program “News of the Megapolice” on “Moscow-24” channel.

The Rosstat has publicized information about construction activity for the last 7 months that confirmed short-term forecasts of “Indicators of the real estate market” analytic center about significant dependence of the property market from macroeconomic factors. Interestingly that it makes to be suggestive of coming election campaign.

While the Number of Townships with Such Houses Has Become 1.5 as Much Townhouse market of Moscow region has revived, and starting from autumn 2010 the number of townships under construction has begun to increase. Townships with apartments-units with average area of 170 sq.m. turned out to be the most active segment of the market.  In less than a year the number of such projects has become 1.5 times bigger. High rates of increase in the number of townships with small townhouses are characteristic of remote Moscow suburbs (75%), as well as of north-eastern, eastern, south-eastern and southern highways, which are considered less prestigious in rural estate market (71%). Moreover, this segment has shown the highest rates of prices growth. Since autumn 2010 the average price per 1 sq.m. in townships with townhouses of less than 170 sq.m. has gone up from 54,500 roubles to 61,100 roubles, i.e. by 12 %.

World top brands are filling Moscow corridors
